We chose bank transfer as our preferred payment method for a few important reasons: it is reliable, it protects both the buyer and the seller, and it eliminates unnecessary processing fees that would otherwise get passed on to you.

Our goal is to keep your costs low, and accepting bank transfers is one of the ways we do that.

select the liquidation pallet or pallets you want, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and submit your order.

Receive Your Payment Instructions

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email containing our bank account details and a unique reference number tied to your order. Please use this reference number when making your transfer so we can match your payment to your order quickly and accurately.

Complete Your Bank Transfer Log into your bank account

Either online or in person, and initiate the transfer using the details provided. Make sure to include your order reference number in the payment description or memo field.

Send Us Your Payment Confirmation Once the transfer is completed

Send us a confirmation of your payment; this can be a screenshot or PDF of your bank receipt. You can send it via email or through our contact form. This helps us process your order without any delays.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Once your payment is received and verified, we will send you a formal order confirmation and begin preparing your pallet for shipment right away.

Domestic Shipping: Across the United States

American Liquidation Hub ships to all states across the United States. Here is what domestic buyers can expect:

Processing Time: Once your payment is verified, your order is typically prepared and dispatched within one to three business days.

Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted freight and courier carriers suited to the size and weight of liquidation pallets. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the size of your shipment.

Delivery Timeframe: Domestic orders generally arrive within three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require slightly longer delivery windows.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your shipment in real time from our facility to your door.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Your shipping fee will be clearly stated before you confirm your purchase; no hidden charges will be added afterward.

International Shipping: Delivered Worldwide

American Liquidation Hub proudly ships liquidation pallets to international destinations. We understand that great deals should not be limited by borders, and we have built our shipping process to reflect that.

Countries We Ship To: We ship to a wide range of countries internationally. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us and our team will confirm availability for your country.

Processing Time: International orders are prepared and dispatched within two to four business days after payment verification, allowing time to complete the necessary documentation.

Customs and Import Documentation: We handle all required export documentation on our end, including commercial invoices and packing lists. However, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Timeframe: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the carrier used. Estimated delivery windows range from seven to twenty one business days after dispatch. Our team will provide a more specific estimate based on your location at the time of your order.

Tracking: All international shipments are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey from our facility to your country.

Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, pallet weight, and dimensions. These costs will be communicated to you clearly before your order is finalized.

Freight and Large Orders

Liquidation pallets are often large and heavy, which means many orders are shipped via freight rather than standard courier services. Here is what that means for you:

Freight Delivery: Freight shipments are delivered by a truck carrier. Depending on your location and the size of your order, delivery may be made to your curb, dock, or a nearby freight terminal for pickup.

Liftgate Service: If you do not have a loading dock or forklift at your delivery address, please let us know when placing your order. We can arrange liftgate service for an additional fee, which lowers the pallet from the truck to ground level for easier unloading.

Large or Bulk Orders: If you are placing a large or bulk order, please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange the most efficient and cost effective shipping solution for your needs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Here is how we handle them:

Damaged Shipments: If your pallet arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs immediately upon delivery and contact our team within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Lost Shipments: In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, contact us with your order and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Discrepancies: If what you receive does not match what was listed, reach out to us right away. Accuracy and honesty are central to how we operate, and we take any discrepancy seriously.
